It's not possible to travel at a subsonic speed unless one is traveling through a medium with at least some viscosity. Sound doesn't travel at any speed in a vacuum.
It is possible provided you have the new P-32 Space modulator, which increases the viscosity of matter immediately surrounding the mass moving below the speed of sound without affecting any other portion of the medium. Use of this modulator may soon permit time travel.
